Developed from 1992 alongside the late Ted Dumitru, Maximal Training 2.0 is the player development system at the centre of THYNK Football Group. The THYNK methodology has already been proven at scale. During the Mamelodi Sundowns Academy project, Maximal Training 2.0 produced 27 professional players in approximately 24 months, demonstrating the repeatability and commercial relevance of a structured player development system.
